Mail Order Policy
Please read our policy before ordering
- Payment Terms: 50% non-refundable deposit on order, balance due 15 days prior to event.
- We accept MasterCard or Visa, but credit card payments must be made as payment in full.
- BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR PAYMENT, your order must be acknowledged by us. We will notify you of this acknowledgement either by telephone or email.
- For boxes, centerpiece cages/release cages and hanging cages, please call to discuss your specific needs.
- Refund Policy: All butterflies are guaranteed to be delivered in time for your event and to arrive healthy. They are shipped in a way that protects them against drop shock, extremes in temperature and in boxes that are crush resistant. We pack extras to cover any mortality in shipment which may be a few. We ask that you inspect the butterflies when they arrive. If for some unlikely reason the butterflies do not arrive in time for your event, we will refund in full. Likewise, if something were to happen to the butterflies in shipment and they died, you would be refunded in full. In both cases, the butterflies must be returned to us at our expense. This is a rare occurrence and is very unlikely to happen.
